Beatnik

Beatnik by Norah Gaughan in New Lanark Donegal Silk Tweed (Light Graphite) – a proven hard-wearing, comfy and incredibly price-worthy yarn. The stitch definition is great, so perfect for cables. I’ve been living in this since the minute it came off the needles!

I made a few moderations to the pattern.

  • After the armhole decreases I knit about 2” less than specified before starting the decreases for the neckline.
  • I made the sleeves in size S, up one size from the body, and 35cm long before decreases.
